1-I went to homecoming with Nick Gubler (he happens to be named after my dad. Who would have thought the two best friends children would be going to a dance)
2- For the day date we went to the lake, and it was super fun!
3- All of the dance decorations turned out awesome, and all that hard work payed off!
4- My mom officially rocks, if I was questioning that before (which I wasn't) then any doubt is gone. That woman made my dress which was not so cute, Very cute all in the same day that she decorated an entire archway lattice that we made her change in one day. How she managed to pull it off, I have no idea. But they both turned out beautiful!
6- Powder Puff football rocks my world! Seriously I have been missing out! There was a ton of us on the team so I didn't get to play a ton but just putting on the jersey and face paint was half the fun. The best part about the whole thing was I got to tackle someone, although we were playing flag. One of our coaches told us that if we made a girl cry he would give us ten dollars, I don't think he thought that would actually happen, but I made it happen! He forgot about that little deal but I'll remind him when the time is right, don't worry:) We had some pretty alright coaches, John Carty, Jake Brown, and Ryan Manguso they helped us win so they pretty much rock.
7- I will never make another paper flower or vine again. EVER. and I mean it
8- The theme was "closest to heaven" and the song was Iris by the goo goo dolls. We turned the gym into a garden and it was BUMMPIN!!!!
9- Homecoming week is so Great. Although it is very stressful when you are in charge (great job to McCall Smith) it is very fun! I loved all of the activities and all in all I think the week was a success. I just can't believe it was my last ever!! AWWWH so bitter sweet ;)

maybe yesterday i was thinking, maddi hasn't posted anything in a while and then look what i found this morning while i was supposed to be working! best news of the day. loved the homecoming play by play! you looked great - can't believe liisa's sewing skills, played great - made someone cry? this is getting long but really, just loved it.
