Holy Moly Me Oh My

     This weekend was filled with relaxation and family time. Much needed after four days in Powell with all of my best friends. Friday was Abbie Copes wedding reception. She's been a family friend, and like a sister for as long as I can remember. I always thought she was going to marry Jordan in a purple wedding dress (thats what they said when they were kids, if you didn't catch that) but this was much better. She looked stunning and the reception was nothing less than I expected. It was fun to dance and hang out with the fam damily. 

     Saturday lucky me convinced someone to work my shift so I could go to Abbie's luncheon, and afterwords head to the cabin with my fam. It was so nice to spend time with them, and catch up on my sleep after Lake Powell. We enjoyed fishing, movie watching, making smores, playing cards in the cubbies, eating, walks, playing outside, shooting guns, playing pool, and dance parties with Tessa. Let me tell you, those kids sure are fun. Tessa and max loved when I would sing Home by Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros. They've already got good taste in music, great!
     Unfortunately Cass, Ty, Max, Tessa, Ella aaaand Mitzi (it was really hard for me to give her up, and say goodbye) headed back to Texas this morning. The good news is Jordan just got a job at a doctors office in St. George which means he'll be moving home for the summer today! Jordan is way more fun to have around now that we don't fight 24/7 ( I was not a very cool child).
