Jessica Gets Hitched

I remember the day I met Jessica Boyce like it was yesterday. It was in 6th grade and we were at Tori's house. That is very fitting seeing as the three of us became the best of friends later on in life. We all got ready to go to a football game together, and she was wearing a killer cool hat. Jess and I became better friends in 8th grade when I moved into her ward. I was super nervous about moving into a new ward for the fourth time so when Jess, Kiana and Kortney invited me to share a tent with them at girls camp and an apartment with them at youth conference I was beyond relieved. Anywhoosie's Jess and I were pretty good pals and would walk home from school together everyday, but our ward split shortly after I moved in and we didn't hang out a ton. Our real friendship began when we were sophomores in high school, and our best friendship began when we were juniors. We consider ourselves to be twins, and it will always be that way! I have endless memories with this sweet girl that will always be some of the major highlights of my youth. I think the world of this gal, so seeing her so happy with Chase makes my heart sing.

I road tripped down to St. George with Callen and Bekah. Callen was a couple hours late picking us up so we had to speed the entire way to make it to Jessica's wedding dinner on time. It was a funny ride down with Bekah practicing her ukelele, me peeing in a cottage cheese container, and trying to get dressed and ready in the back seat of the car. We made it right in time and had a blast seeing all of our friends. Saturday was even better than Friday. Watching Jess come out of the temple was the sweetest, hanging with Bekah all day and laughing really hard at stupid things was the "funnest", and the dance party at the reception was the coolest.

Thankfully I didn't have to come home until Monday so I was able to spend some time with the cutest kids ever! I can't remember what we did, but I do remember singing and dancing to the entire Frozen soundtrack. Max even joined us (he just didn't sing or dance)!

All in all it was a successful weekend, and I can't wait to get back to St. George!!

Wish I had a pic of that cute Max!
