A lot happened in the month of December that I failed to mention so here's a really long photo/caption catch up post for you all.
Festival of Tree's with Tanner, Brynne, Jordan, and Moses. We also grabbed sushi before and it made me sick. I can't eat it without feeling sick these days and it is no bueno!
For a while my aunt Lil was sending home huge pomegranates with us every week, and we were eating them like cereal.
Squeezing in as much time as possible at the Burton household to hang with these cool cats before LA took them back.

The Front climbing gym with Berk, Chan, Brynne, Tan and Morrie. I fell from the very top of one of my climbs because my arms were so tired and I was quite amazed that it really doesn't hurt at all. Who woulda thunk? Maybe I should add that I was higher than I am in this picture :-)

Temple square with two of the best. We were originally supposed to go Christmas caroling on this night but it turns out nobody thinks that's a good idea so we improvised.
Roommate Christmas party. All we did was eat Cafe Rio and take one million pictures for a Christmas card we never sent out but it was still a dang good time.
Received a foot massage from the one and only Tessa. I always joke around and offer to pay her to give me one but she just openly volunteered and I guess I felt it was worth documenting?
The live nativity at Tuachan with the Frei fam and the Torres fam
Mitzi tried on my glasses and looked so cute. By the look on her face I think she really enjoyed being able to see the world so clearly for once!
Papas feed yard with the fam. I really love Stitches (the horse I'm sitting on, not the medical procedure) and I really like riding horses. I wish it happened more often!
Watching Morrie swim. I don't know how to tell you how entertaining it is other than to say it is entertaining.
Tanner and Brynnie both received goldfish as a white elephant gift. Since I have a great record of keeping gold fish alive, and Tan wanted to flush them down the toiled, they let me keep them! I made Lincoln go on the longest hunt for a fish bowl with me so I rewarded us with some awesomely terrible key chains afterwards.
Max was excited for Morris to be at his house so he brought down tons of toys for him to play with. I'm pretty sure Morris was a little scared but it was pretty funny.
I walked into my house to find Berk, Jordan, and Lincoln gathered around the computer watching Mary Poppins and I was beyond happy about it . I guess Saving Mr. Banks inspired them.
Frei/Hafen family Christmas party. I love how musical my family is, and I especially love the musical number put on by all the little kiddos!
The nativity scene this year was one of my favorites. Sadly I only took this picture of Ella, but just trust me when I say it was really entertaining.
Christmas Eve hike with Jordan and the Torres kids. It's a good thing Jordan was there because I somehow lost my mind and became the most overprotective aunt ever. Every time Max was about to climb up a huge cliff with a drop off to doom (or a small rock) I had a heart attack. I think I'll take them to Jumping Jacks next time where every time they fall they will be landing on a soft cushion.
Christmas Eve dinner with the Madsens. We usd to always have our Frei/Hafen party on Christmas Eve but the last few years we've bumped it to a different night since it's getting harder for everyone to make it. It's kind of nice having a more relaxed night at home. One of my favorite moments of the night was when the Madsens were about to leave and Casey was standing and holding Jenna by these plates my mom had hung up on the wall. Oaken bumped into Casey and Jenna accidently kicked the plates and knocked them off of the wall. There was a huge crash and she shouted "OH NO! What have I done?!" It was sad that she felt so bad, but it was also adorable. Luckily my mom is the best and kept telling Jenna that it's okay because it's just stuff. Every time I drop my uncovered phone I tell myself that ;) After dinner we went to deliver presents to the Torres fam and we listened to a Christmas story with them and watched them open their Christmas pajamas. It was a really good night.
Berk and Chan got engaged a couple of days before Christmas so naturally they had to look at Berks baby photos together with some proud parents in the background.
I spent the night at Cass and Ty's on Christmas Eve because there wasn't enough room for me at home. I wasn't mad about it because it meant I got to see Max, Tessa, and Ella open their presents. However, they didn't wake up until 9:00 which was a little disapointing. I remember I used to wake up at like 4:00 every year but we usually had to wait until 6:00 before we were allowed to come out of our rooms. This is the only picture I took, but I love how awkward/excited Max looks.
Cass and Ty gave us all the best present ever, Mateos Salsa, straight from Texas!
Lots of selfies. The first one is a terrible picture of me but I just love that it happened, and the second one I just think me and Ella look a lot alike.
Ella was so cute and proper watching Lincoln play the Wii.
Family time at the sand dunes.
The note on this sign made me laugh.
Aaaaand last but not least this cute little teeny tiny image of my cabin. I'm glad I was able to spend so much time there in 2013!
